There are two clocks
Operator processing begins with a request and ends with a documented dispatch. Payment delivery runs from dispatch to receipt. If dispatch is unknown, request-to-receipt is a combined interval and cannot be relabeled as bank delivery.
Pending is an observation
A report that a request was still pending at a known time contributes a minimum observed waiting period. That time is fixed at the report’s last observation. We do not let the public clock continue indefinitely after someone stops reporting.
Why an estimate can remain blank
Our cohort method separates payment method and first-payout status, includes right-censored pending observations and withholds quantiles when the sample or event count is too small. Even a computable estimate describes this selected, voluntary cohort; it does not establish an all-player arrival date.
What to record yourself
Keep request, confirmed dispatch and actual receipt dates in the private Redemption Passport. Save the operator’s stated window and the exact method. Submitting a separate anonymous observation is optional and does not upload your notebook or support messages.
Three lenses. One question.
A fast completed-only median can coexist with a long unresolved queue.
A stated processing window is a source claim, not an observed outcome.
More reports improve a cohort only when their definitions and selection limits stay visible.
