The unit of observation
A request-to-receipt interval is measured from the submitted request time to actual receipt. Operator processing and delivery are separate only when a dispatch time is known. Anonymous submissions enter a moderation queue and do not enter the accepted cohort automatically.
Pending outcomes and censoring
A pending request contributes observed time only through its last explicit report, stored as last_observed_at. It does not keep accruing time after the contributor stops updating. The Kaplan–Meier calculation applies completed events before censoring at tied times and retains the at-risk count at each step.
Publication thresholds
A median needs at least 30 accepted observations, including 20 completed outcomes, and a survival curve reaching 50%. P90 needs at least 100 observations, 90 completed outcomes and at least 10 at risk when the curve reaches 10%. If those conditions are not met, the quantile is not established.
Cohorts and provenance
Payment method and first-payout status can be selected separately. Self-reported, document-backed and independently verified reports are different evidence classes. A moderation decision is not independent payment verification.
The limits remain material
Voluntary reporters are a selected sample. Non-informative censoring cannot be assumed to hold merely because a survival estimator was computed. These quantiles are descriptive of the accepted cohort, not an all-player distribution, casino ranking or forecast for an individual account.
Private records stay separate
The Passport does not upload its timeline, notes or account evidence. A separate form submits only the explicitly chosen anonymous fields. A private receipt lets the contributor report a later outcome, which returns to moderation.
