A captured rule is an operator statement at its observation date. Promotion-specific rules, subsequent changes and account checks can still matter.

What is still not established?

A representative all-player payout or complaint rate.
An independently verified payment outcome for each quoted review.
Personal account eligibility and the conditions of your specific promotion.
A primary-source operator name in the captured rule fields.

Specific allegations should be checked against their original evidence. A complaint count alone cannot establish fraud.

What these reviews and threads can tell you

Each excerpt comes from an attributed public post, reply or store review. Archived text can be older than the collection date or later changed or removed on Reddit. Source ratings belong to the named review, not to Casimo. Replies are shown in their actual parent context; no star rating or sentiment is assigned to Reddit. These selected accounts cannot establish the share of all players paid, or prove an allegation. Two archives of the same Reddit ID count as one report.
