# What to save when a casino announces a closure or state exit

Track separate deadlines and preserve the official notice.

## There may be more than one deadline

Registration, purchases, gameplay, redemptions and account access can stop on different dates. A headline saying “closes Friday” may omit the date that matters for your request.

## Save a factual record

Keep the official notice, the version of the rules, relevant dates, support references and your own request history. Note the stated timezone; do not invent a time if only a date is published.

## Use the source calendar

Exit Watch lists dates only when backed by a source. An empty calendar means no confirmed deadlines are currently established in the dataset, not that no operator will exit.
