Look for the operator’s accepted documents, name and address matching rules, approved upload channel and support procedure. These are operator-specific requirements, not a universal Casimo checklist.

## Record requests and responses

Note the date and exact administrative step requested. Keep your own documents in a secure place; a public report should contain only the minimum non-identifying details needed to describe a delay.
