# Mail-in sweepstakes entries: the rules to verify each time

Addresses, unique codes and handwriting requirements can matter more than a template.

Look for the required address, envelope format, requested details, exact statement, unique code, code expiry, eligible location and any submission limits. Requirements can differ between operators and change over time.

## A generator cannot replace handwriting

Where the operator requires a personally handwritten request, a printed template or automated entry service may not satisfy the conditions. Casimo provides a checklist and source links, not mass-submission automation.

## Keep a private record

Record the version you checked, when you sent a request and any response. Do not publish account identifiers or unique entry codes in community reports.
